LGA SmartRoam lets you save up to 65% when you keep in touch with family and friends in Singapore! As long as you are a Roaming Subscription customer, you will never have to worry about high charges with LGA SmartRoam.
Note:
- SmartRoam is only available on GSM networks that support USSD platforms. Thus, some foreign operators' networks may not support SmartRoam. When you encounter connection problems, please retry using an alternative network
- SmartRoam is available for calls made to Singapore numbers only
- Calls are charged in blocks of 1 minute
- Calls diverted to voicemail will not be connected
- An unsuccessful call displays this message: "The call is not successful, please try again later."
- SmartRoam call charges start when the phone rings, regardless of whether the call is connected

Sending SmartRoam SMS
LGA SmartRoam SMS service lets you send a SMS back to a Singapore number at a flat rate, giving you up to 83% worth of savings wherever you roam.
Note:
- There is a time frame of 40secs to enter the message, failing which a timeout will occur
- SmartRoam SMS is a USSD based solution and will only be available on networks that support USSD platforms.
How to use
Step1: Dial

Step 2: Type your SMS in the message box.

Step 3: Click OK to send the SMS to the mobile number you keyed in earlier
Step 4: You will receive a message to indicate that your message has been successfully sent.
