- Call *43327. You will receive an SMS
- Follow the instruction in the SMS
- Alternatively, call 1626 for activation
- Call 1627 for activation
- Alternatively, send activation request via SMS to 109
- For Nokia phone e.g. enter 6230
- For Sony Ericsson Phone e.g. T68 enter 68
- You will then receive two AP, GPRS setting on your mobile phone. Save both settings

Please note that if you change your mobile number to change the callback number, which can be done via ZIPDial application or via Member portal
Mobile callback will not work for mobile with private number because the server is unable too recognize which number the call was made from. To use the service, please deactivate the hide Caller ID display service or phone feature.
Firstly, you have to change your callback mode to "SMS"
